Just a few miles from Carcassonne, a thriving city steeped in history. The region boasts several national parks, as well as being one of the biggest wine producing regions in Europe, providing over 300 days of sunshine per year. Located in the quiet village of Brezilhac, the market towns of Mirepoix, Limoux and Carcassonne are all just 20 mins away. Guests can explore the fabulous walled city of Carcassonne, the Canal Du Midi and it's surrounding area with many fabulous wine houses. The more adventurous could be involved in mountain biking or hiking the many trails, even white water rafting. Whilst Carcassonne 'plage' is great for a family day out offering the lake, water park and zip lining, Narbonne with its signature water sports beaches and marina are all easily reachable in under an hour. Through the winter months we are just an hour from several local ski stations, and just 2 hours from Andorra. Carcasonne airport being the closest at just 20 minutes away, with direct flights back to many UK and European airports. Toulouse, Beziers, Perpignan and even Girona airports are also all easily accessible.
